“We stayed here for a night between ski days and had a great visit. The location was great and the staff were helpful. Room was simple but comfortable. The hot cocoa bar, hot tub, and blueberry muffins in the morning were lovely perks.”
“I can always count on Snow Cap Inn to provide a wonderful experience! Perfect location 2 minutes from the Sunday River slopes with a shuttle that comes every 30 minutes. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Love the two fireplaces and the complimentary coffee and tea. Excellent blueberry muffins in the morning and fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. The hot chocolate bar at night is comprehensive and fabulous. The recently remodeled jacuzzi and fire pits located just a few feet from the front door is the perfect place for warming sore muscles apres skiing. The rooms are basic and comfortable. The rates provide good value. If you are looking for a great spot to stay close to Sunday River the Snow Cap Inn is the place to be!”
“Went for the tough mountain challenge! We stayed just one night. The front desk was very helpful and friendly before and while we were there. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Pet friendly was a huge plus! Easy to access Very well kept inside and out. Hot tub available Beautiful rustic decor inside Highly recommend”
“This place is great. It’s about an 8 minute walk to the mountain. The shuttle leaves every half hour. If you want a direct shuttle to jordan you can take that as well. The downstairs is cozy with a fireplace. There’s a microwave, hot chocolate bar and always fresh baked cookies. Upstairs is another sitting area with rocking chairs and a fireplace to relax. Outside is a hot tub. On weekends it is absolutely packed. The rooms are cozy. There’s a coffee bar and fridge. The bathroom is tiny but works. The beds were comfortable. We had half house keeping. They would take the trash and refresh the towels but that was it. No real complaints. I would stay here again. Staff was friendly. If you don’t sleep well I would bring a noise machine. We had a two fans going and a noise machine we brought from home and could still hear thru the walls.”
